The launch of AHP's 2010 certification website has now been made official . It's important that you use the same username/password employed during the 2009 cert ification process when certifying for 2010 . This link is a free online certification training offered by Arcadian .  Upon completion of the 2010 course you will be appointed to sell Arcadian for BOTH 2009 and 2010! https://aim.arcadianmgt.com/cert/

As many people use the same username and password to access a myriad of personal information , we are leaving out the password in this email and only supplying you with your (username).  Your username is: _____________

If you have forgotten your password , you can click on the link in the Certification website that will ask you for your 2009 certification email address and pose a test identity question.

Once answered correctly, the correct username and password will be forwarded to the email address used in the 2009 certification registration. If you are still unable to complete this username/password step , you can email Struby Struble at mstruble@arcadianhealth.comm  or call (510) 817-1040 . Their office in Oakland can provide the correct username and password directly to you if the situation arises.

**Note to Agents from Arcadian**

The username/password log-on is a certification component that our IT team is working on updating. Returning brokers will eventually be able to log on to the cert ification site using their Social Security Number and National Producer Number. When this update is implemented, keeping track of username and passwords will no longer be needed. In the meantime, returning brokers still need to use their existing username and password to complete the 2010 certification. Please bear with us while AHP continues on making our certification site more user friendly and help distribute this username/password data to your agents.

1. There are two primary components to the certification process:

1. Arcadian Registration and Company Specific Training
2. General Medicare and Ethics

1. We are accepting AHIP certifications as credit toward your General Medicare and Ethics component of the Certification program!
1. Within two weeks, our Arcadian site will be able to recognize the agents who have completed AHIP certification .  Upon recognition of an AHIP certification the system will automatically streamline the content to include only the Registration and Arcadian-Specific components.  This will eliminate double work.

1. For your agents who have already certified through AHIP, we recommend they wait to complete their Arcadian-specific training until we can recognize their AHIP training. For your agents who plan on certifying through AHIP, we recommend they complete AHIP in the next couple weeks so it's complete when they come to our Arcadian-specific training module.

1. All agents will still need to register with Arcadian and complete the Arcadian specific training to finish the certification process.  We will send out another notification when our site is AHIP compatible.
