Company History

Savers Marketing is an independent marketing organization with approximately 2,500 producers appointed in 12 states. Savers markets a variety of individual products including tax-deferred annuities, individual major medical, final expense plans, single premium whole life, critical illness coverage, Medicare supplements and term insurance. Savers Administrative Services, a sister company, administers flexible spending accounts, COBRA, HRA’s and provides payroll services as well as other worksite products and services.

Savers Life Insurance Company was formed in 1980 and issued its first annuity policy in January of 1981. Savers Life subsequently diversified its product offerings to include Medicare supplements, life insurance and major medical coverages. Savers Marketing was formed in April of 1997. Savers Life was subsequently merged into Standard Management Corporation of Indianapolis in March of 1998. After a five year association with Standard Management Corporation, Savers Marketing was purchased by an employee investment group in July of 2003.

The heritage of Savers Marketing as a life, health and annuity carrier has fostered a genuine commitment to service and technology. The Company appreciates its partnerships and we work hard to create a successful environment for all of our producers.
