• Individuals under the age of 65 are eligible to contribute to an HSA if they have a qualified health plan
• Qualified health plans must have a minimum deductible of $1,000 and an out-of-pocket expenses maximum of $5,000. Family plans must have a minimum deductible of $2,000 and an out-of-pocket expenses maximum of $10,000. Copays, including prescription drug and doctor office visits are not allowed.
• A person who has a qualified health plan can make contributions up to 100% of the plan’s deductible or the Federal government maximum, whichever is less. All contributions are tax deductible and the distributions are tax free!

First, set apply for your HDHP HSA qualified plan from World Insurance Company......

Then, set up your HSA account using Savers Administrative Services. If you purchase one of the HDHP plans from one of our marketing partners, there will be no on-going charges to your client to administer the account!

Savers Administrative Services and our partner bank will provide:

• On-line information
• Annual Report
• Compliance support and information
• Claims checks once a month
• Potential for monthly interest and a variety of investment options
• A debit card for use with qualified claims

All this for a $25 set-up fee! The bank charges are waived for the first year and there will be no charges after that time if the balance is at least $500. If the balance is below $500 after the first year, the bank fees total $2.25 per month. There will be no administrative charges as long as you keep your HDHP in force with one of our marketing partners. Keep the plan in force with us and keep a $500 balance after the first year and there will be no charges, period!

All you have to do is complete the enrollment information and make a $75 deposit ($25.00 for the set-up and $50.00 for the minimum deposit).
